Statistics: 20 children were killed, 170 were injured, and 23 were arrested from the Gaza Strip during 2022

Gaza - "Jerusalem" dot com - Human rights statistics showed, on Sunday, that the Israeli occupation forces killed 20 Palestinian children from the Gaza Strip during the year 2022.

According to the statistics prepared by Al-Mezan Center for Human Rights, the occupation forces injured 170 children during their repeated aggression against the Strip, their military operations and incursions near the borders, and other aggressions.

The statistics indicated that the occupation forces arrested 23 children during the year 2022, either through their attempt to infiltrate the borders, or while they were working in different professions near the wall.

The repeated Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip damaged two schools and targeted 69 housing units. 322 civilians, including 110 women and 111 children, were exiled.

And regarding the denial of treatment, the occupation measures and the continuation of the blockade on the Strip led to the death of 3 children after they were prevented from obtaining permits to reach hospitals in the West Bank, Jerusalem and the interior.

Al-Mezan Center received 300 complaints related to children and their denial of treatment, indicating that it facilitated the travel of 144, while 15 were unable to do so.
