Renewing the isolation of the prisoner, Shadi Maali, to pressure his son to surrender

The family of the prisoner, Shadi Issa Maali (44 years), from Dheisheh camp, said that the Israeli intelligence decided to extend the isolation of her son in a solitary cell for a period of three months, 20 days after the decision to isolate him in a cell in the Negev desert prison, as part of the continuous Israeli pressure on the family to force Their young son, Jad, is the son of the prisoner, Shadi, who turned himself in.


According to the family, the Israeli army has been pursuing their son Jad for two months, and the grandfather and four of his uncles were arrested for several days, and one of them is still detained.


The occupation authorities decided to isolate the prisoner, Shadi, for three months, a few days before the end of the detention period. He has been in administrative detention for about 20 months.


The prisoner's brother, Shadi, said that extending his isolation in a solitary cell for another three months is tantamount to a prior decision to renew administrative detention.
