Gaza: death sentence by firing squad in the case of the murdered Zuhair Abu Daqqa

Gaza - "Jerusalem" dot com - The Major Criminal Commission in the Gaza Strip issued a unanimous ruling to punish the convict (F/A) with death by firing squad, on the charge of intentional murder and possession of a firearm, based on the articles of the Palestinian law.

The convict had intentionally killed the victim, Zuhair Hammad Abu Daqqa, on November 4, 2003, by preparing the equipment to kill him with an RBK firearm. He watched him on the roof of his house and fired several bullets at him, hitting him in the chest and killing him in the manner shown in the medical report of the anatomical character, with intent and in an illegal manner and in violation of the law.
