Putin chairs a meeting of the Russian Security Council on Monday

Moscow - (AFP) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a meeting of the Russian Security Council , which includes key ministers, political officials and representatives of the security services and the army, on Monday, the Kremlin announced to news agencies.

"Tomorrow a meeting of the president is scheduled with the permanent members of the Security Council," said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, two days after the explosion that partially destroyed the Crimean bridge linking the Russian mainland to the peninsula that Moscow annexed from Ukraine.
