Israel warns its citizens against traveling to Turkey, especially Istanbul

Prior to that announcement, he said, Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid called on the Israelis to leave Turkey and not travel to it, after revealing that an attempt to kidnap Israelis by Iran in Istanbul had been thwarted.
