The Israeli army launched air raids and artillery shelling on scattered areas in the Gaza Strip at dawn on Wednesday, continuing its daily violations of the ceasefire agreement.
And it reported, citing local sources and eyewitnesses, that the Israeli army's aircraft carried out raids on the east of al-Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City, coinciding with intense artillery shelling and firing from vehicles in the areas still under its control.
In the center of the sector, Israeli vehicles fired their machine guns heavily towards Palestinian citizens' homes east of al-Bureij camp, while a helicopter aircraft fired bursts of bullets, according to eyewitnesses.
In Khan Yunis (south), local sources said that Israeli air raids targeted areas outside the control of the Israeli army, amid firing from vehicles and helicopters.
Areas east of Rafah city (south) also witnessed Israeli air raids, according to eyewitnesses.
No information was immediately available on the possibility of casualties or injuries among Palestinians.
With American support, Israel began a war of genocide in Gaza on October 8, 2023, resulting in about 71,000 Palestinian deaths and more than 171,000 injuries, most of them children and women.
On October 10 last year, a ceasefire agreement began between the "Hamas" movement and Israel, which the latter violates daily, leading to the killing of 406 Palestinians, according to Gaza's Ministry of Health on Tuesday.
