Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a phone conversation early this Thursday morning with U.S. President Donald Trump, during which he extended an invitation for him to deliver a speech before the Knesset.
The Prime Minister's Office issued a detailed statement regarding the conversation, which definitively confirmed the approval of the Israeli government for the deal that was concluded in Egypt.
According to the statement from Netanyahu's office, the Prime Minister just spoke with President Trump, where "they exchanged congratulations on the achievement of signing the agreement for the release of all detainees."
Netanyahu officially invited Trump to deliver a speech before the Knesset in honor of his role in sponsoring the agreement.
