The occupying government has begun drafting the official decision text to approve the prisoner exchange deal, amid estimates from officials that the announcement of the agreement in Gaza could take place within 24 to 36 hours.
These developments come at the peak of the ongoing indirect negotiations in Egypt between Hamas and a delegation from the occupying entity, aimed at implementing the first phase of the 'Trump Plan.'
Channel 12 reported from an official in the occupying entity the details of the implementation mechanism for the first phase of the agreement, which will proceed as follows: the delivery of information, the release of detainees, the release of prisoners, and the presence of occupying forces in most areas of the Gaza Strip during this phase.
Hamas is providing information about the living detainees.
