Armed settler groups attacked farmers today, Wednesday, chased them away, and stole olive crops in Wadi Sa'ir, northeast of Hebron.
Our correspondent reported that armed groups of settlers attacked farmers from the town of Sa'ir, chased them off their land, and blocked the main road, before breaking several fruitful olive trees and stealing their crops.
The residents and farmers in Wadi Sa'ir are subjected to continuous assaults by settlers, as settlers last Wednesday cut down more than 200 ancient olive trees and over 100 fruitful almond trees, completely destroying them, in addition to burning dozens of dunams planted with vines, olives, and almonds in that area, aiming to intimidate citizens and displace them from their land for the sake of colonial expansion.
Since October 7, 2023, settlers have carried out 7,154 assaults against citizens and their properties, resulting in the martyrdom of 33 citizens and the displacement of 33 Palestinian Bedouin communities, consisting of 455 families, totaling 2,853 individuals from their homes to other locations, according to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission.
