The majority are children and women: The toll of the genocide in Gaza rises to 65,549 martyrs.

The death toll from the genocide being perpetrated by the Israeli occupation army in the Gaza Strip has risen to 65,549 since October 7, 2023.

Medical sources reported today, Friday, that the number of injuries has increased to 167,518, while the majority of the martyrs and the wounded are women and children.

In the past 24 hours, 47 martyrs and 142 new injuries have arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip, while several victims remain under the rubble, and rescue and civil defense teams are unable to reach them.

The same sources confirmed that the death toll and injuries since March 18 of last year until today have reached 12,956 martyrs and 55,477 injuries, since the Israeli occupation army resumed its aggression against the Strip, in violation of a ceasefire declaration.

They clarified that the toll of those who reached hospitals from the martyrs of aid in the past 24 hours was 5 martyrs and 33 injured, bringing the total number of martyrs of livelihood who reached hospitals to 2,543, and the injuries to 18,614.
