Call to form a regional alliance to defend the countries of the region.

 Dr. Kholoud Al-Obaidi, a specialist in political science and international law, stated, "The countries of the world, except for the United States, condemned the cowardly act carried out by Israel against the State of Qatar, which was described by Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani in a press conference as 'a barbaric act that cannot be repaired and cannot be conducted according to international systems, frameworks, and laws that have been disregarded. This attack has violated not only all international laws but also moral standards.'

She added, "We are talking about a host country that officially hosts negotiations with official mediation and in the presence of delegations from the state that sent these missiles to attack the negotiating delegation from Hamas.

Al-Obaidi confirmed that this speech is an accurate description of the cowardly act carried out by Israel. The question now is: How will we confront this situation and the renewed aggression? She stated that her discussion would focus on the repercussions and measures that will follow this dangerous development.

She pointed out that the Arab region and the Middle East feel threatened by Israeli aggression, as Israel has not hesitated to attack Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Iran, even targeting the Freedom Fleet ship that was attacked near the Tunisian coast a few days ago. She continued, "Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke about the Israeli threat in recent weeks, especially after the attack on Syria, and clarified that Turkey feels it is the next target."

Dr. Al-Obaidi noted that "the attack on a country like Qatar, another ally of Turkey, will increase the feeling of countries in the region regarding Israel's threat to their security. Therefore, I call for a regional conference that includes the countries of the region to form a regional alliance to defend the countries of the region and completely isolate the rogue state, stopping dealings with it and treating it as a terrorist entity that undermines regional security and stability."

She noted that the Prime Minister of Qatar expressed this by saying, "It is a clear message to the region as a whole, and this message says that there is a rogue player in this region, and there is ongoing political aggression in this region and a violation of the sovereignty of states. Netanyahu himself stated that he would reshape the Middle East; is this message that he will also reshape the Gulf? We believe we are at a pivotal moment, meaning there should be a response from the entire region."

She indicated that Qatar announced it is in the process of a comprehensive review of policies and measures to ensure deterrence against these actions and is forming a legal team to respond to the attack. She pointed out that Qatar is an important member of regional organizations such as the Gulf Cooperation Council. The council should take the initiative to defend Qatar and cut all relations with Israel, especially with the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain.

Al-Obaidi believes that the attack also formed important indicators for the future of American-Gulf and specifically Qatari relations. The Prime Minister of Qatar stated that the United States informed them of the strike ten minutes after the explosion.

Netanyahu exploited Trump's proposal to camouflage and bomb the negotiations.

She stated that President Trump presented a
