What happened in the White House.. Is Blair being appointed as the sector governor?

Dr. Sinan Shuqayh: A mating situation between Trump's "Gaza Riviera" vision and Kushner's real estate perspective "Investing in Gaza's Beaches" and the Blair Institute project

Major General Muhammad Al-Samadi: Washington and Tel Aviv are trying to formulate options for an international or American administration for Gaza to fill the security vacuum

Dr. Ahmed Younis: The Trump administration seeks to reshape the scene in the sector after the war through a vision that places it under international-American supervision

Dr. Thaer Abu Ras: Kushner and Blair's positions are completely contradictory regarding the Gaza file, and bringing them together indicates that the Trump administration is still confused

Dr. Hani Al-Jamal: The goal is to reach the "next day" in Gaza without "Hamas" or the authority, especially since we are facing a newly reshaped Middle East

At a time when the occupation government is escalating its genocide against innocent civilians and has begun implementing its plans to attack Gaza's civilian population with the aim of occupying it, a meeting was revealed that brought together U.S. President Donald Trump with his son-in-law Jared Kushner and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair last Wednesday to discuss the future of the Gaza Strip. Despite the White House not publishing any details about what transpired in the meeting, the names of the participants raise suspicions about the meeting's objectives, which came at the height of Israeli military escalation and coincided with the presence of Israeli Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer and Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar in Washington for meetings with senior leaders of the Trump administration.

According to analysts and writers who spoke to "Y," this meeting opens the door to a series of questions about the relationship of these closed consultations to the field, and whether we are facing a roadmap being drawn in Washington and London for what is known as the "next day for Gaza"?

They pointed out that the scenarios discussed are closer to a mating situation between Trump's vision of a "Gaza Riviera" and Kushner's real estate perspective of "Investing in Gaza's Beaches" and the Tony Blair Institute project,

warning that the exclusion of both the Palestinian and Arab sides from the meeting clearly indicates that the Palestinian and Arab visions for the "next day" are not on the negotiation table.

Joint American-Israeli control with Blair as the governor of Gaza

Dr. Sinan Shuqayh, a member of the American Palestinian organizations network, stated: "There is no need to wait for leaks or the meeting minutes to know what transpired in the meeting held at the White House last Wednesday regarding the plan for the next day after the guns fall silent in Gaza."

He added that the states of "absence and presence" and the positions and plans announced before the meeting reveal the ideas that were presented during it without the need for in-depth analysis.

Dr. Shuqayh confirmed that "the exclusion of the Palestinian side and the Arab side behind it clearly means that the Palestinian and Arab visions for the 'next day' are not on the conference table." He continued: "As for the attendees, they are: U.S. President Trump, his envoy to the Middle East, Yitzhak, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, this attendance reveals the scenarios that were discussed, which are closer to a mating situation between Trump's vision of a 'Gaza Riviera' and Kushner's real estate perspective of 'Investing in Gaza's Beaches' and the Tony Blair Institute project, all of which are published in the media.

Dr. Shuqayh sees that the mating of the three proposals at the conference indicates that the discussions of the 'next day' and the pre-existing positions of the participants combine American and Israeli visions along with some proposals from the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change aimed at ending the war before the end of 2025 through a permanent ceasefire leading to a settlement with American guarantees, followed by a list of a joint American-Israeli administration replacing Hamas's administration.

He believes that the announced pre-existing positions of the attendees propose increasing the distribution sites for aid from 3 to 16 sites through the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation with partial American funding of $30 million, matched by Israel allocating $473 million for humanitarian aid.
