On the morning of Tuesday, August 26, 2025, Israeli occupation forces launched a campaign of arrests in the Hebron governorate, detaining seven citizens, including released prisoners. These arrests come as part of the ongoing policy of occupation against the Palestinians.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the town of Bani Na'im east of Hebron, where they arrested three released prisoners: Jihad Muhammad Youssef Khodour, Hassan Hashem Armailat, and Musleh Balout. This occurred amidst live gunfire in the neighborhoods, causing damage to several homes.
The occupation forces also raided the town of Halhul, where they arrested citizens Mu'taz Abu Asbah and Imad Abu. These raids reflect the escalation of the occupation in the area, as arrests continue on a daily basis.
Additionally, the occupation forces arrested both Nour al-Din Amro from the town of Dura and Tamer Saeed Abu Ayash from the town of Beit Ummar. These arrests come at a time when Palestinians are experiencing difficult conditions due to the occupation.
Arrests continue in Hebron and various Palestinian areas, increasing the suffering of Palestinian families and reflecting the repressive policy of the occupation towards the Palestinian people.
