Early this Sunday, Israeli occupation forces carried out a large-scale incursion in the city of Nablus, where they arrested four Palestinian citizens. This operation comes as part of the ongoing escalation of the occupation against Palestinians in various areas.
Security sources reported that the occupation forces raided several homes in the city, searched them, and tampered with their contents, leading to a state of terror and anxiety among the residents. Among the detainees were Anwar Fathi Mani, who was arrested from the Al-Ma'ajin neighborhood, and Muhammad Ayman Abu Sir from the northern mountain area.
The occupation forces also stormed the Balata refugee camp east of Nablus, where they arrested Nazmi Hashash and his son Imad. These arrests come at a sensitive time, as Palestinians are suffering from an increase in violations and assaults by the occupation.
It is noteworthy that the occupation forces did not limit themselves to arrests but also stormed several towns and villages in Nablus Governorate, reflecting the continuity of the occupation's policy of targeting Palestinians on a daily basis.
The arrests carried out by the occupation forces underscore the urgent need for the international community to intervene and stop these ongoing violations, which negatively impact the lives of Palestinians and increase their suffering.
