23 Palestinians have been killed, including 6 children, since dawn on Saturday, as a result of sporadic attacks launched by the occupation forces on various areas of the besieged Gaza Strip. These attacks come as part of the ongoing aggression faced by Palestinians in the strip, which includes targeting homes and tents that shelter the displaced.

In the latest attacks, one Palestinian was martyred and others were injured due to Israeli artillery shelling around '10' Street south of Gaza City. Another Palestinian was martyred by Israeli gunfire while waiting for aid in the Zikim area west of Beit Lahiya.

The attacks continued in various areas of the strip, where several Palestinians were injured by occupation gunfire while waiting for American aid in southern Khan Younis, and others were martyred in shelling that targeted the home of the Abu Jayab family in Deir al-Balah.

In the southern strip, 16 Palestinians were killed, including 6 children, due to air and artillery strikes that targeted the tents of the displaced near the gate of Asda City. Another Palestinian was martyred by occupation gunfire while near a distribution center for aid.

Since May 27, the occupying state has begun distributing aid through what is known as the 'Gaza Humanitarian Relief Foundation,' which is internationally rejected. This mechanism has resulted in the martyrdom of 2,060 Palestinians and the injury of more than 15,000 others, leading it to be locally referred to as 'death traps.'

In the central strip, 3 Palestinians were killed due to the targeting of a home belonging to the Al-Hamidi family in the Al-Maghazi camp. Another Palestinian waiting for aid was martyred by occupation gunfire in the vicinity of the Netzarim axis.

In the northern strip, intensive Israeli airstrikes continued on the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, coinciding with extensive demolition operations of buildings. These attacks are part of the occupation's plan to reoccupy the city and the entire strip.

On August 8, the Israeli government approved a plan for the gradual occupation of the Gaza Strip, which includes the displacement of residents and the occupation of refugee camps. This plan aims to establish security control over the strip and create an alternative civil administration.

Since October 7, 2023, the genocide in Gaza has continued with American support, resulting in the martyrdom of more than 62,000 Palestinians, most of whom are children and women, leaving hundreds of thousands of displaced individuals in tragic humanitarian conditions.
