The Cabinet demands binding international measures to stop the war on Gaza and the colonial plans in Jerusalem.

The Palestinian Cabinet, in its weekly session, called for binding international measures to stop the aggression of the Israeli occupation on the Gaza Strip and the colonial plans in occupied Jerusalem. The Cabinet emphasized the necessity for the international community to act to halt these violations that threaten the rights of Palestinians.

The Cabinet warned of the repercussions of implementing the colonial plan known as (E1) east of Jerusalem, which extends over an area of more than 12,000 dunams, aimed at displacing Palestinian population centers and separating northern West Bank from southern West Bank. It confirmed that this plan contradicts international laws.

Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa reviewed the results of his visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt, where he discussed preparations for holding the international conference for reconstruction. He pointed to the importance of the technical meetings that will precede the conference, which aim to establish effective plans for rebuilding what has been destroyed by the aggression.

The Prime Minister also informed the Cabinet of the latest updates regarding the executive relief plans, including Egypt's efforts and the mediators to reach a comprehensive and permanent ceasefire. He emphasized the priorities related to immediate relief and the restoration of essential services.

In another context, the Cabinet condemned the occupation's decision to withdraw the visas of the Australian diplomats accredited to the State of Palestine, describing it as a violation of diplomatic norms. It affirmed that this step reflects the arrogance of the occupation.

In light of the escalating attacks by the occupation and settlers on farmers, the Cabinet directed to secure more financial resources to enhance the resilience of citizens in targeted areas, especially in the agricultural sector. Efforts were also intensified politically and media-wise to expose the crimes of the occupation.

The Cabinet also discussed the efforts made to combat dumping and implement a program to replace imports with national goods, to support local production. It tasked the relevant authorities to provide specific recommendations within a month.

The Cabinet approved the final reading of the judicial notifications system via electronic means, which will contribute to speeding up litigation procedures. It also amended the Cabinet's decision regarding the regulation of purchasing periods of leave and unpaid leave for retirement purposes.
