The occupation storms villages in the West Bank, and settlers target a family in the Jordan Valley.

This morning, Wednesday, the occupation forces stormed the town of Anabta east of Tulkarm, just hours after incursions in the village of Luban south of Nablus and Meithalon south of Jenin in the West Bank. These incursions come as part of the ongoing aggression against Palestinian cities, where Anabta has witnessed repeated incursions by the occupation forces.

In detail, the occupation forces stormed the Al-Ain camp in Nablus and the town of Kafr Deek in Salfit, where they arrested the brothers Zahi and Amr Ibrahim Deek. The home of the Naeem Salman family in the town of Bruqin was vandalized, with its contents tampered with and the family detained and interrogated on-site.

In the town of Anabta, the occupation forces entered from the eastern side, patrolling the streets and alleys, raiding and searching several homes, which led to the destruction of their contents. The occupation forces also detained a number of young men and checked their identities without any reported arrests.

In Nablus, the occupation forces stormed the village of Eastern Luban with several vehicles, where they stationed themselves in the Bayader neighborhood and searched and detained several citizen vehicles. The occupation forces continue to tighten their military measures on Eastern Luban, which is subjected to daily incursions.

The occupation forces also stormed the town of Meithalon south of Jenin, where they spread at its eastern entrance and around several residential buildings. The occupation forces have intensified their incursions into towns and villages in the Jenin governorate since the beginning of their aggression against the city and its camp.

In another incident, settlers assaulted the family of citizen Shamkh Daraghmeh in the Farisiya area of the northern Jordan Valley, resulting in injuries to his son Mustafa after he was struck with a metal object. A number of settlers also attacked Palestinian vehicles northwest of Jericho.

According to local sources, the settlers threw stones at passing vehicles on the Ma'arjat road, resulting in the shattering of glass in several of them, and they also blocked the road, disrupting traffic.

These assaults coincide with the genocide in the Gaza Strip, where 1,013 Palestinians have been martyred and about 7,000 others injured by the fire of the occupation and the assaults of its settlers in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem. More than 18,500 Palestinians have also been arrested.

According to a report by the Palestinian Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, settlers carried out 466 assaults against Palestinians and their properties in the West Bank during July, resulting in the martyrdom of 4 citizens and the forced displacement of two Bedouin communities consisting of 50 Palestinian families.
