The death toll from the occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 61,330 dead

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced today, Friday, that the death toll from the Israeli occupation's aggression has risen to 61,330 martyrs, with children and women making up the largest percentage of these martyrs. This aggression, which began on October 7, 2023, has resulted in a significant humanitarian tragedy in the region.

The sources also reported that the number of injured has reached 152,359 since the beginning of the aggression, reflecting the scale of destruction and suffering experienced by the residents of the area. Despite the efforts made, there are still numbers of victims trapped under the rubble, which exacerbates the humanitarian situation.

In the past 24 hours, 72 dead and 314 injured individuals were recorded arriving at hospitals in the Gaza Strip, highlighting the ongoing nature of the aggression. These figures reflect the magnitude of the humanitarian disaster faced by the Palestinian people in the besieged territory.

Since March 18, following the occupation's breach of the ceasefire agreement, the death toll has risen to 9,824 martyrs and 40,318 injured, illustrating the worsening humanitarian situation in the region. These numbers call for urgent international action to end the aggression.

Hospitals in the Gaza Strip also recorded 4 new deaths in the past 24 hours due to famine and malnutrition, bringing the total number of famine victims to 201 dead, including 98 children. These figures indicate the urgent need for immediate humanitarian assistance to the residents of the area.
