The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Thursday that the death toll from the famine has risen to 159, including 90 children.
"Gaza hospitals recorded two deaths in the past 24 hours, including a child, as a result of famine and malnutrition," she said.
A young man died Thursday morning as a result of malnutrition and famine that have been ravaging the Gaza Strip for more than three months.
According to local sources, Adel Madi (27 years old), a resident of Rafah, died in Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.
