British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said that the images of starving children in the Gaza Strip represent a horrific scene that reflects the dire humanitarian conditions facing the Palestinian people in the Strip.
He added that Hamas cannot play any role in any future government in the Palestinian territories, explaining that peace and stability in the region require comprehensive solutions supported by all.
In his statements, Starmer stressed that the international community must act urgently and effectively to mobilize more countries to reach a ceasefire agreement in Gaza, noting that the current situation requires a rapid response to ensure the provision of food and humanitarian aid to those in need.
He pointed out that Britain continues its efforts to work with international partners to alleviate the humanitarian suffering in Gaza.
