Settlers establish a colonial outpost in the southeastern part of the village of Arab al-Malihat.

Settlers established a new colonial outpost on Wednesday evening on land belonging to the village of Arab al-Malihat, northwest of Jericho, approximately 150 meters east of the Arab al-Ka'abneh Elementary School.

Hassan Malihat, general supervisor of the Al-Baidar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, said that the settlers had erected two tents, built a livestock pen, and brought in their flocks, along with mattresses and blankets for sleeping. They also began establishing a new colonial outpost, a clear indication of an escalation in their attacks and harassment of residents in the area.

Malehat emphasized that what is happening constitutes a dangerous escalation aimed at imposing new colonial realities in sensitive areas close to Palestinian population centers, warning that the international community's silence regarding these actions encourages further encroachment on Palestinian lands and the rights of indigenous people.
