US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Tuesday that the killing of an American woman in a protest in the occupied West Bank last week was "unjustified and unprovoked."

Blinken continued in a press conference with the British Foreign Secretary, that this incident "shows that the Israeli security forces need to make some fundamental changes to their rules of engagement."
