West Bank: Israeli settlers burn large areas of land in Al-Fandakumiya, south of Jenin

On Wednesday evening, settlers burned large areas of land in the village of Al-Fandakumiya, south of Jenin.

A local source reported that settlers from the "Homesh" settlement, established on citizens' lands in the towns of Burqa, north of Nablus and Silat Al-Dhahr, south of Jenin, attacked the outskirts of the village of Al-Fandakumiya, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, and burned large areas of land.

He added that the occupation forces fired bullets and poisonous tear gas bombs towards citizens and their homes in the village, which led to a number of citizens suffocating as a result of inhaling poisonous gas.
