An urgent legal note from the international team of lawyers

The international team of lawyers on behalf of the Palestinian people at the International Criminal Court, headed by Kuwaiti Dr. Faisal Khazal, submitted a fifth urgent legal memorandum to the Office of the International Prosecutor, which included documentation of the massacres of the occupation forces last Saturday (June 22) in the Beach Camp, Al-Tuffah neighborhood, and the tents of the displaced in the area. Khazal added: “We reiterated to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court that any delay in judicial precautionary measures as a matter of urgency, and laxity in the judicial process, lead to more innocent lives being claimed and the crimes and attacks committed against the victim Palestinian people, and we renewed the request to issue the arrest warrants that were announced.” About it in the press conference against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Occupation Defense Minister Yoav Galant.


Khazal, on behalf of the international team of lawyers, addressed a call to “all governments that support the Palestinian cause to send a letter to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court adopting the submitted complaint and its annexes, because the complaint in the International Criminal Court, if it does not parallel the case in the International Court of Justice, is more important than it in terms of The possibility of application on the ground from our point of view as international jurists.”
