Israeli settlers attack a Palestinian journalist in occupied Jerusalem

Dozens of settlers attacked a Palestinian photojournalist, today, Wednesday, in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem.

Pictures showed the moment when dozens of settlers - most of them boys - attacked Palestinian photojournalist Saif Al-Qawasmi, as he suffered injuries throughout his body and head.

This came during the flag march held by settlers in occupied Jerusalem since Wednesday morning, as hundreds gathered in Bab al-Amud in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem, in preparation for the provocative march.

Hundreds of settlers entered the Old City from Bab al-Sahira, carrying flags of the Israeli occupation entity, and held noisy parties with dances to celebrate the anniversary of the occupation of Jerusalem.

The Israeli occupation forces closed the streets of the Old City and the surrounding roads to vehicle traffic, in preparation for the settlers’ march scheduled for six o’clock in the evening.
