Food and fuel supplies in the Gaza Strip are sufficient for a maximum of 3 days

The World Food Program warned on Thursday that its operations in the Gaza Strip would stop, saying that “food and fuel supplies in the Strip are sufficient for a maximum of three days.”

This came in a post by World Food’s Country Director in Palestine, Matthew Hollingsworth, on his account on the “X” platform.

Hollingsworth said, "Food and fuel supplies in the Strip are sufficient for a maximum of three days," stressing that "our operations in Gaza will stop if food and fuel supplies are not available."

He added: "It has become difficult to reach our main warehouse in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip," noting that "only one bakery is still operating."

The Israeli occupation continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip, by land, sea and air, since the seventh of last October, which resulted in the death of 34,904 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 78,514 others, in an infinite toll, as thousands of victims are still under the rubble.
