US State Department welcomes the formation of the Palestinian government

The US State Department welcomed the formation of the nineteenth Palestinian government, headed by Muhammad Mustafa.

US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said: “We welcome the Palestinian Authority’s formation of a new government that serves the Palestinian people, and the United States looks forward to working with it to promote peace, security, and prosperity.”
