On Thursday afternoon, a number of citizens suffocated as the Israel forces fired tear gas canisters at crowds who participated in the Earth Day celebrations, east of Gaza City.
Clashes erupted between young men and the occupation forces at the separating fence, east of Malka, east of Gaza City.
Thousands participated in the event, which was called for by the national and Islamic forces.
Many speeches were delivered that emphasized the Palestinians' adherence to their rights and their return to their lands from which they were expelled in 1948.
