The Department of Public Relations and Information in the police stated that, based on a complaint submitted by a citizen in the governorate to the General Investigation Branch, about an unknown person publishing inflammatory posts against him on Facebook.
And through electronic research and investigation by the Electronic Crimes Department, a person was suspected and arrested, and after hearing his statements, he reported that he had incited the complainant through the Facebook site.
The police confirmed the detention of the arrested person until he was referred to the competent authorities to follow up on the necessary legal procedures against him.
