4 Martyrs in the town of Tell in Nablus following a heroic stand against a settler attack and a shooting operation

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the martyrdom of four individuals and the critical injury of four other citizens, as a result of an aggression launched by the Israeli occupation army and groups of settlers on the village of Tell, located southwest of Nablus city. Medical teams confirmed that the martyrs are Farouk Adnan Ali Ramadan, Ibrahim Hussein Ali Ramadan, Jawad Hussein Ali Ramadan, and Imran Ahmed Ali Ramadan, who were directly targeted by occupation fire during the confrontations.

Local sources reported that the confrontations erupted after the villagers confronted a wide-scale attack carried out by settlers under heavy protection from occupation forces, targeting citizens' properties and agricultural lands. Occupation forces used live ammunition and tear gas extensively to secure the settlers' incursion, leading to this large number of casualties and injured individuals who were transferred to Rafidia Governmental Hospital for treatment.

In a related context, field sources revealed a qualitative shooting operation that coincided with the attack, where a young Palestinian managed to seize a weapon from one of the attacking settlers during a hand-to-hand clash. The young man used the seized weapon to fire at occupation forces and security personnel present near the 'Havat Gilad' settlement outpost established on citizens' lands west of Nablus, causing confusion among the aggressors.

For its part, Israeli media admitted the death of a settler who succumbed to his serious injuries, and the injury of three others with varying degrees of injuries, including a security officer and settlement guards. Hebrew reports described the incident as serious, noting that the operation took place at point-blank range after one of the armed individuals was disarmed, which necessitated a large mobilization of the occupation army in the area.

Following the operation, occupation forces imposed a comprehensive security cordon on Tell village and its surrounding areas, closing main and secondary entrances with earth mounds and concrete blocks. They also deployed additional special forces and military vehicles that stormed the outskirts of the town and began extensive search operations for the perpetrators, amidst sporadic confrontations with angry youths.

Nablus Governorate is experiencing a state of extreme tension, as national forces and popular movements called for general mobilization and to confront the escalating settler attacks. Residents warned of settlers' intention to carry out retaliatory attacks against isolated homes, affirming their continued steadfastness and defense of the village despite the heavy sacrifices made in recent hours.

Rafidia Governmental Hospital received a number of injuries resulting from the occupation forces' intensive firing of live ammunition at citizens who stood to defend their lands.
