Preliminaries of the Iranian response: Will Operation True Promise 3 succeed?

Scenes of Iranian bombing and precision missiles falling on Israeli security and military centers in downtown Tel Aviv, in addition to the Iranian air defenses shooting down two highly advanced F-35 fighter jets that were undetectable by radar, are clear indications of the rise of Iran's powerful and fortified military capabilities, capable of tipping the balance of power, defeating aggression, and breaking American influence in the region.

The facts of the early Iranian response to the surprise attack, which targeted prominent military leaders and nuclear scientists and resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a number of civilians, confirm that the Israelis committed a major strategic mistake with this attack. Iranian missiles were subsequently launched with far greater force than in Operation True Promise 1 and Operation True Promise 2, and struck a number of sensitive sites, including the Israeli Ministry of Defense, the Nuclear Research Center, and military air bases. This was despite the presence of the Israeli Iron Dome and other systems, which did not prevent the Iranian missiles from reaching their targets.
