Prisoners in Negev Prison decided today, Monday, to close the sections and return meals tomorrow, Tuesday.
According to the Prisoners' Authority and the Prisoners' Club in a statement, a state of tension prevails in the "Naqab" prison following the prison administration's decision to impose penalties on the prisoners held in sections (26 and 27), which include depriving them of clothing for a period of six months.
The Commission and the Prisoners' Club confirmed that the prisoners took the decision as part of the initial response to the prison administration's retaliatory decision, which comes in the context of the ongoing aggression against them.
