On Monday evening, the Israeli army decided to cancel a concert that was to be held in the town of Sderot, adjacent to the Gaza Strip border.
According to an Israeli military spokesman, the decision was taken after a security assessment session conducted by the commander of the southern region, Eliezer Twaledino.
He pointed out that this was taken because of the events in Jenin, and fears of rockets being fired from the Strip.
