Israeli suppression of march on Gaza border and reports of injuries, including journalists

A number of citizens were injured, Sunday evening, after the Israeli occupation forces suppressed a march on the eastern border of the Gaza Strip.

According to local sources, journalists Fadi Al-Danaf and Bilal Al-Sabbagh were injured by a gas bomb in the foot, while others suffered from suffocation.

The occupation soldiers, stationed inside their positions and military vehicles, used live bullets, rubber-coated metal bullets, and gas bombs against the “rebellious youth.”

Dozens of young men demonstrated on the eastern border in protest against the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by settlers, protected by the occupation police, to commemorate the so-called "Hebrew New Year."
