Settlers established a new settlement outpost on the lands of the town of Derastia, west of Salfit, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.
According to local sources, within less than 24 hours, dozens of settlers seized the citizens' lands in the al-Qa'dah area, north of the town, and placed two caravans and three sheep pens, and built a dirt road to the area, and extended water and electricity networks.
