Haniyeh arrives in Cairo at the head of a delegation from Hamas

Ismail Haniyeh, head of the Hamas political bureau, arrived this evening, Saturday, in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.

Haniyeh is heading a leading delegation from his movement, at an Egyptian invitation.

The delegation includes Saleh al-Arouri, deputy head of the Hamas political bureau. Khaled Meshaal, the head of its political office abroad, Khalil Al-Hayyah, and Ruhi Mushtaha.

During its visit, which will last for several days, the delegation will meet with Egyptian officials to discuss a number of issues.
