The occupation rules imprisonment and deportation against a prisoner from Gaza

Gaza - "Jerusalem" dot com - An Israeli military court sentenced the prisoner, Fadi Saleh Qadas, to 8 years in prison, from the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

According to the Prisoners' Information Office, the ruling includes deportation to Europe after serving the sentence.

The Israeli Public Prosecution filed an indictment last April against the prisoner, Qadas (an electrician), claiming that he was behind many attacks over a period of 15 years.
