Occupation Fires on Farmers East of Gaza

Israeli occupation forces fired today, Saturday, on Palestinian farmers east of the Gaza Strip, without reporting any injuries.

Local sources reported that occupation soldiers stationed in military watchtowers perched on the border strip east of Gaza City fired their machine guns at farmers while they were working in their agricultural lands east of the Shujaiya neighborhood, forcing them to leave the area, without reporting any casualties.

Occupation forces deliberately target farmers and fishermen daily in the border and maritime areas of the Gaza Strip, in an attempt to prevent them from practicing their work on their lands and fishing waters.
