The Israeli army notifies of the demolition of 7 agricultural warehouses south of the West Bank.

The Israeli army stormed the town of Nahalin in the southern occupied West Bank on Tuesday and issued notices for the demolition of 7 agricultural warehouses.

Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli forces invaded the areas of Khillat al-Adas, Wadi Salim, and Baniyas in the town of Nahalin, west of Bethlehem, and delivered demolition notices for 7 agricultural warehouses on the grounds of construction without a permit in area 'C'.

Witnesses confirmed that the warehouses are built on private land. The Oslo II Agreement, signed in 1995, classified the West Bank into 3 areas: 'A' under full Palestinian control, 'B' under Israeli security control and Palestinian civil and administrative control, and 'C' under Israeli civil, administrative, and security control, with the latter constituting about 60 percent of the West Bank's area.

According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Israel has carried out 1,014 demolition operations in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, affecting 3,679 facilities, including 1,288 inhabited homes, 244 uninhabited homes, and 962 agricultural facilities, among others, since October 2023.

The Israeli army and settlers have killed at least 1,069 Palestinians in the West Bank and injured about 10,700 others, in addition to displacing around 50,000 and arresting more than 20,500, according to Palestinian government sources.
