Spain recalls its ambassador to the occupying state after diplomatic tension.

Spain summoned its ambassador in Tel Aviv after the Israeli foreign minister accused its government of "anti-Semitism," following Madrid's announcement of a new package of measures against the occupying state due to the Gaza war.

The measures included a ban on arms sales and preventing ships that supply the Israeli occupying army with fuel from using Spanish ports, in addition to banning the entry of individuals accused of war crimes and prohibiting the import of settlement products.

Israel responded by accusing Sánchez's government of exploiting the issue to divert attention from corruption scandals and barred two Spanish government figures from entering.
