Gaza Health: The death toll from the Israeli genocide rises to 63,633.

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Tuesday that the toll of the Israeli genocide in the sector has risen to 63,633 dead and 160,914 injured since October 7, 2023.

The ministry reported in the "daily statistical report on the casualties of the Israeli aggression" that "the toll of the Israeli aggression has reached 63,633 dead and 160,914 injured since the seventh of October 2023."

It added: "76 dead and 281 injured have arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours."

It clarified that "the toll of dead and injuries since March 18, 2025 (resumption of genocide) until today has reached 11,502 martyrs and 48,900 injured."

Regarding the victims among those waiting for aid, the ministry indicated that "the number of aid martyrs who reached hospitals in the past 24 hours was 12 dead and 90 injured."

It pointed out that this raises the total number of dead from the struggle for livelihood who reached hospitals to 2,306 dead and more than 16,929 injured.

Apart from the supervision of the United Nations and international relief organizations, Tel Aviv has initiated since May 27 a mechanism for distributing aid through what is known as the "Gaza Humanitarian Relief Foundation," which is an entity supported by Israel and the United States, but is rejected internationally.

The Israeli army has targeted those waiting for aid, resulting in thousands of casualties among them.

As for the victims of the Israeli starvation weapon, the ministry announced that "the hospitals in the Gaza Strip recorded 13 new deaths in the past 24 hours, including 3 children due to famine and malnutrition."

It noted that this raises the total number of deaths to 361 cases, including 130 children, due to starvation and siege.

Since March 2, Israel has closed all crossings leading to Gaza, preventing any humanitarian aid, plunging the sector into famine despite the accumulation of relief trucks at its borders.

However, it allowed the entry of limited amounts of aid about a month ago, which do not meet the minimum needs of the starving, while famine continues, as most trucks are subjected to looting by gangs that the Gaza government claims are protected by Israel.

The ministry indicated that "there are still a number of victims under the rubble and in the streets, where rescue and civil defense teams are unable to reach them until now."

Since October 7, 2023, Israel, with American support, has been committing genocide in Gaza that includes killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, ignoring all international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice to stop.

In addition to the dead and injured, most of whom are children and women, the genocide has left more than 9,000 missing, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced persons.
