The Global Resilience Fleet has completed its final preparations to set sail tomorrow, Sunday, with dozens of ships to break the Israeli blockade imposed on Gaza. The fleet consists of the Freedom Flotilla Coalition, the Global Gaza Movement, the Resilience Convoy, and the Malaysian organization 'Solidarity Nusantara.'
It includes thousands of activists from 44 countries and plans to depart from Spain on Sunday and from Tunisia on September 4. In this context, Anadolu interviewed the Turkish delegation coordinator in the global fleet, Hussein Durmaz, along with participating activists Hussein Shaib Ordu and Sumaira Akdeniz Ordu, to discuss the latest preparations and the goals of the fleet.
Durmaz stated that they are working day and night to prepare the ships for the journey, while simultaneously conducting training for participants on how to act during the mission. He added that the ships will set sail on August 31 to break the blockade imposed on Gaza.
The people of Gaza have united the world against the evil of Zionism.
