In a speech of challenge and warning, Abu Obeida, the military spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced that any attempt by the occupation army to invade the Gaza Strip would be detrimental to its political and military leadership. He emphasized that the resistance is ready to teach the invading forces harsh lessons.

These statements come in response to escalating threats of a potential large-scale ground operation in the sector, where Abu Obeida indicated that the Al-Qassam fighters are at the highest levels of readiness and alertness to confront any aggression.

Abu Obeida warned that the occupation's criminal plans to occupy Gaza would be detrimental to its political and military leadership, considering that the decision to engage in a ground battle would have severe strategic repercussions for the decision-makers in the occupation.

He also pointed out that the resistance has prepared itself for the scenario of a ground invasion, and that the land would be a stage for fierce and unexpected resistance, reflecting the readiness of the resistance to face any escalation.

In a direct threat, Abu Obeida confirmed that the price of any attempt to occupy Gaza would be high, not only in terms of loss of life but also with the possibility of repeating capture operations, which would increase pressure on the occupation army.

Abu Obeida sent messages of reassurance to the Palestinian interior and messages of deterrence to the outside, affirming the high morale of his fighters, stating: "Our fighters are in a state of alertness and readiness with high morale, and they will present exemplary models of heroism and valor."

He concluded his statements by affirming that the Al-Qassam fighters would teach the invaders harsh lessons with God's help, indicating that any ground force that penetrates will face fierce and innovative resistance.
