3 deaths due to famine and malnutrition in the past 24 hours

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced the death of three citizens due to famine and malnutrition, reflecting the worsening humanitarian crisis in the region. These deaths were recorded in the past 24 hours, raising the total number of famine victims to 303 dead, including 117 children.

The humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip continues to escalate, as residents suffer from a severe shortage of food and medical supplies. The blockade imposed by the occupying authorities since March 2, 2025, has led to the closure of all crossings and the prevention of aid entry, contributing to the spread of famine.

Since October 7, 2023, the occupying state has been waging a genocide against the residents of the Gaza Strip, increasing the suffering of citizens. The ongoing blockade and military assaults have made the humanitarian situation in the sector worse.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) warned that malnutrition among children under five has significantly doubled between March and June, due to the continued blockade. These figures indicate a real crisis threatening the future of children in Gaza.

The World Health Organization confirmed that malnutrition rates in Gaza have reached alarming levels, with about one in five children under five suffering from acute malnutrition. This situation requires urgent intervention to save lives.

The conditions in the Gaza Strip require the international community to take immediate action to provide the necessary humanitarian aid. The imposed blockade must end to alleviate the suffering of the population facing famine and malnutrition.
