In the early morning of August 12, 2025, Israeli occupation forces stormed the city of Nablus, as military vehicles entered the old town and its surroundings, causing panic among the residents.
Security and local sources reported that the occupation forces fired tear gas and sound bombs towards the homes of citizens in the Ras Al-Ain neighborhood, leading many residents to inhale the tear gas.
Additionally, the occupation forces raided several villages in Nablus Governorate, including Salem, Azmout, Deir Al-Hatab, Rujeib to the east, and Yatma to the south, with no arrests reported so far.
Sources also indicated that a foot patrol of occupation soldiers stormed the village of Tal southwest of Nablus this morning, but no house raids were reported in that village.
These incursions continue as part of the occupation's policy in the Palestinian territories, exacerbating the suffering of citizens and reflecting the rising tensions in the region.
