Young man Abdullah Muhammad Atiyat (25 years old) was killed this morning, Sunday, after succumbing to critical injuries he sustained from the occupation's gunfire in the city of Jericho, yesterday evening, Saturday.
Local sources reported that young Atiyat was transferred early this morning from Jericho Government Hospital to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem due to the severity of his health condition, until his martyrdom was announced this morning.
It is noted that the occupation soldiers fired at young Atiyat during a raid on Hisham Palace Street in the middle of the city, which led to injuries in the upper part of his body, where his condition was described as critical at the time.
The occupation forces had stormed several streets and neighborhoods in the city of Jericho yesterday evening, amid live gunfire, resulting in a state of tension and fear among the citizens.
This incident comes amid the escalation of Israeli violations against the Palestinians, as citizens suffer from daily assaults by the occupation army.
