The death toll from the occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip rises to 60,430 dead

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced today, Saturday, that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 60,430, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation's aggression on October 7, 2023.

It added that the number of injuries has risen to 148,722 since the onset of the aggression, while several victims remain under the rubble, and rescue and civil defense teams are unable to reach them.

It indicated that 98 dead (15 of whom were retrieved) and 1,079 injured individuals have arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours, while the total number of dead and injuries since March 18, following the occupation's breach of the ceasefire agreement, has reached 9,246 dead and 36,681 injured.

It clarified that the number of dead from aid workers who reached hospitals in the past 24 hours is 39 dead and 849 injuries, bringing the total number of dead from those who earn a living and reached hospitals to 1,422, and the injuries to 10,067.

It pointed out that there are still a number of victims under the rubble and in the streets, and rescue and civil defense teams are unable to reach them.
