The occupation forces arrested a young man from Al-Aqsa and removed one of the mosque's guards.

Today, Friday, the Israeli occupation forces arrested a young man from the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and deported one of the mosque's guards for a week, subject to renewal.

The Jerusalem Governorate reported that occupation forces arrested a young man from the Dome of the Rock courtyard, coinciding with the Friday sermon at Al-Aqsa Mosque.

In a related development, Israeli police arrested Al-Aqsa Mosque guard Arafat Najib and took him to a police station for interrogation before issuing him a one-week, renewable ban on entering Al-Aqsa.

Meanwhile, the occupation authorities extended the detention of Jerusalemite Aya Abu Nab until next Sunday. Israeli police arrested her from her home in the city of Tamra, inside the 1948 territories, last Friday, after searching the house and vandalizing its contents.
