The Israeli occupation army launched raids in southern Lebanon, announcing that it targeted a site used to manage Hezbollah's fire control system.
Local sources reported that the Israeli army launched "a series of raids on the Kfar Tibnit area in the Nabatieh district, southern Lebanon."
The Israeli army said in a statement that it "attacked, a short time ago, with fighter jets, a site used to manage Hezbollah's fire and defense systems in the Shaqif area, in southern Lebanon."
He added that "this site is part of an underground project that was put out of service following attacks launched by the Israeli army." However, he noted that "in recent days, Hezbollah has been monitoring attempts to restore the site, and consequently, has attacked the infrastructure in the area."
The Israeli army, which has committed hundreds of violations of the ceasefire agreement with Lebanon, said that "the presence of the site and attempts to restore it constitute a flagrant violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon."
According to Israeli Army Radio, "the Israeli Air Force carried out more than 15 raids on the site," noting that "in recent days, attempts to rehabilitate the site have been observed, which led to another wave of attacks."
