Three citizens were killed and seven others were injured by live bullets during a settler attack on the town of Kafr Malik, east of Ramallah.
The Ministry of Health said that three citizens were killed and seven others were injured by settler fire and Israeli occupation forces in a settler attack on the town of Kafr Malik.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said its crews treated five injured people from the town of Kafr Malik, east of Ramallah, after they were shot by settlers. The society described their injuries as serious.
Local sources reported that dozens of settlers attacked the town of Kafr Malik, burning vehicles and homes of local residents, while residents of the town and neighboring villages attempted to confront them.
It added that the occupation forces provided protection for the settlers, fired live ammunition at civilians, and prevented ambulances from reaching and transporting the injured.
Two days ago, the occupation forces killed the 13-year-old Ammar Mutaz Hamayel, a player on our national junior Muay Thai team, by shooting him directly in the town.
Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governor Laila Ghanem said that this heinous crime, perpetrated by colonialist gangs under the direct protection of the occupation army, represents a clear extension of the criminal policy pursued by this regime in the West Bank, and is the latest in a series of ongoing massacres and genocide against our people in Gaza.
